Dr. Michael Jacobs has been our dermatologist for years. At my routine checkup, his incredible eye picked up a suspicious spot that was early melanoma. Dr. Jacobs’ response was immediate, efficient and effective; his treatment was thorough and thoughtful. He tracked me through follow-up treatment at Memorial Sloan Kettering and through plastic surgery and it has all had a good outcome. His staff was superb as well. They managed the scheduling, coordination of records and requirements from all the follow up physicians. When things are all going well, people and systems aren’t truly tested. But when trouble appears the real test begins. Dr. Jacobs and his crew passed with flying colors!
